openjpeg: heap-based buffer overflow in opj_t2_encode_packet (t2.c)

Description:
openjpeg is an open-source JPEG 2000 library.

    Hello,

    all these issues (140{39,40,41} probably apply to the stable gentoo version (2.2.0). All the patches apply cleanly *except* the one for 14039, file t2.c (the part of that patch that touches file j2k.c does apply cleanly).

    I didn’t quite know what to do with this information but of course I’d like to get it fixed 😉 so writing here because I know you’re in the gentoo loop.
