And, from the <a href=\"http:\/\/planet.gentoo.org\/developers\/seemant\/2005\/03\/18\/packages_what_don_t_compile_with_heimdal#comments\"><br \/>\ncomment<\/a> to my previous post: <a href=\"http:\/\/packages.gentoo.org\/packages\/?category=dev-php;name=php\">php<\/a> and, one presumes <a href=\"http:\/\/packages.gentoo.org\/packages\/?category=dev-php;name=mod_php\">mod_php<\/a>, don&#8217;t particularly work (during configure) against heimdal.<\/p>\n<p>So apparently I missed <a href=\"http:\/\/dev.gentoo.org\/~spyderous\">Donnie&#8217;s<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.livejournal.com\/users\/spyderous\/12864.html\">reply<\/a> to <a href=\"http:\/\/planet.gentoo.org\/developers\/seemant\/2005\/03\/15\/kickin_it_to_the_kerb\">my blog<\/a> in his <a href=\"http:\/\/www.livejournal.com\/users\/spyderous\/\">blog<\/a>.  Sorry about that, Donnie.  In fact, it seems a few distros are doing the \/var\/lib\/heimdal thing and have been doing so for a while.
