{"id":124,"date":"2006-03-09T19:07:26","date_gmt":"2006-03-09T19:07:26","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2017-03-07T16:51:14","modified_gmt":"2017-03-07T16:51:14","slug":"development","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.gentoo.org\/metalgod\/2006\/03\/09\/development\/","title":{"rendered":"Development"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>After the problems with bmpx and quodlibet upstream that keep me upset for a few days i imported two packages of <a href=\"http:\/\/banshee-project.org\/Main_Page\">banshee<\/a> 0.10.7 to portage. The first one and unmasked it&#8217;s a packages that only builds with gstreamer 0.8 and the second one (currently masked but very stable imo) supports only gstreamer 0.10. I encourage all people to test the banshee-0.10.7_p1 (masked one) and report bugs to us if is packaging related or to upstream if is about  the rest.<\/p>\n<p>This week i imported too a new package called <a href=\"http:\/\/more-cowbell.org\/index.php\/Main_Page\">cowbell<\/a>. It&#8217;s a tag application for your music library, it&#8217;s very useful and pretty :P. Of course thanks to <a href=\"http:\/\/mono-project.com\/Main_Page\">mono<\/a> goodness.<\/p>\n<p>Talking about mono <a href=\"http:\/\/amd64.gentoo.org\">we<\/a> are working with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tenslashsix.com\/\">latexer<\/a> to unmask the mono use flag on amd64 you can read my post on the <a href=\"http:\/\/marc.theaimsgroup.com\/?l=gentoo-amd64&amp;m=114122493529499&amp;w=2\">ml<\/a> about it.
