{"id":109,"date":"2005-08-17T04:39:09","date_gmt":"2005-08-16T21:11:44","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2005-08-17T04:39:09","modified_gmt":"2005-08-17T04:39:09","slug":"another_day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.gentoo.org\/metalgod\/2005\/08\/17\/another_day\/","title":{"rendered":"Another day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today i worked on some version bumps for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cups.org\/espgs\/index.php\">ghostscript-esp<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adobe.com\/products\/acrobat\/readermain.html\">acroread<\/a>. For ghostscript i used the patchset from <a href=\"http:\/\/fedora.redhat.com\">fedora<\/a> that works very good on this package with our patches and i will commit soon (right after fixing the -fPIC issue on amd64).<\/p>\n<p>During this last days i asked <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chaosdorf.de\/~pylon\/cgi-bin\/blog.cgi\">Pylon<\/a> if i could join media-optical herd and he said ok. Great! Right after i did a few version bumps and start working on media-optical bugs. For amd64 i closed a few bugs related to keywords and help test a few packages. According with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gentoo.org\/news\/en\/gwn\/20050815-newsletter.xml\">GWN<\/a> we closed 94 bugs Wow! that was really good. Thanks to all <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gentoo.org\/proj\/en\/base\/amd64\/tests\/index.xml\">AT<\/a>&#8216;s for your great job.<br \/>\nFor this week i expect to close a few more bugs and start writing new <a href=\"http:\/\/amd64.gentoo.org\">AMD64 documentation<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today i worked on some version bumps for ghostscript-esp and acroread.
