PostgreSQL 9.1.0 Released

PostgreSQL 9.1.0 was released on September 11, 2011. It’s available now at a Portage mirror near you.

There have been some major improvements in this release. So much so that there really isn’t a really good reason to stick with anything less. Limitations have been removed, major performance increases for certain queries, and unlogged tables are among the list. Convince your PHB to make the move and profit.

Side note: I was a bit late because of some server issues of my own. Sorry for the delay.
