meatoo
meatoo has been coming along rather nicely. pythonhead and I finally set up a berlios account, so go check it out. We've been busy adding features, and it looks like a new release is not too far off.
Also, check out pida. It's still a bit rough around the edges, but has lots of promise.
My TODO list:
(1) The metastructure business hasn't really progressed very much.
(2) Stu has released a new version of webapp-config, so I can finally sort out www-apps/otrs and www-apps/rt. I'm planning to do that this week.
(3) Continue working on meatoo
(4) web-apps QA and recruiting are next priority
(5) Lastly, I realized that beu has committed my Interchange ebuild that I posted to Bugzilla. That ebuild (or rather the app itself) is a tad fugly, so I'm planning to p.mask and eventually remove it from the tree.
Bug hunting
I'm back from an (extended) hiatus due to Real Life (TM) activities, and we (web-apps) sure managed to accumulate a lot of bugs over the past few months. Being an ISTJ, I had to go bug-hunting, and over the past week or so got rid of 100+ bugs. Many were closed, a few dupes, quite a few got TURFED, and now we're down to 14! I'm very happy about that.
Oh, big props to smithj for his help with webalizer.
My TODO list:
(1) Get the new metastructure business out of the way. Stuart for strategic lead!
(2) Squash a few outstanding bugs.
(3) Put together a list of vhost-tools related thoughts on our devwiki.
(4) Hack meatoo to show a list of all web-apps owned packages with their current and portage versions.
(5) Go through all web-apps ebuild, vbump when necessary, and do some general-purpose QA.
(6) Re-start recruiting - I got quite a few replies last fall from a bunch of folks who were interested in helping us out, so let's see if anyone's still interested!
(7) See if I can get Interchange into the tree.
More to come...
