Yeah, it's been so long since I've used gentoo that I don't even remember where to browse the portage tree / find changelogs :-).

Hi Ruben probably you didn't check the changelog but i commited the patch to fix the searches and the other was to reduce the processes on the playlist. I'm sure Abock will get those on the HEAD. If you want you can point me a few patches you have i may add it to our ebuilds to get some testing.

Thanks for giving these some testing! (Though I'm pretty sure they work ;-)). We should really get these merged in CVS, there's a whole load of patches bitrotting in the bugzilla.
